Changes Nijburg Group Management Board

On 1 January 2006  Mr J.G. Nijburg retired as General Director of the Nijburg Industrie Group, which includes the companies Solid Air® Luchtverdeeltechniek, Velu Ventilatietechniek, Bouda Ventilatiesystemen and Nijburg Luchttechniek.
Mr Nijburg is a major shareholder but he will devote his time to new activities outside the Group, which are unrelated with the position of General Director.
Mr M.A.M. van Hamersveld  succeeded Mr Nijburg on the above date. Mr Van Hamersveld first joined Solid Air in 1991, and he has worked as Commercial Director for the past five years.
The Management team change means a new step towards the further growth of the companies within the Industrie Group.
